GPM Marine are seawall specialists, with the experience and the equipment to restore, rebuild and repair any type of seawall for local and state governments, as well as private clients. We can help with every aspect of large and small seawall projects, including design, construction and removal of waste. Our highly skilled staff have extensive experience in every aspect of seawall construction, including the detailed civil works:
We build our high quality, cost effective and long lasting seawalls from marine grade materials.
We are highly experienced in managing the environmental risks associated with working near sensitive mangrove and seagrass environments, using silt curtains to mitigate turbidity effects on adjacent waters.
We build all of our seawalls using materials that do not pollute the water or affect fish or wildlife. We incorporate materials such as high graded sandstone that encourages fish breeding and other wildlife habitats in a more natural ecosystem.
Our comprehensive fleet of plant and machinery includes barges , excavators and cranes which allow us to work in areas with environmentally sensitive or difficult access, saving you time and money.
Congratulations to GPM Marine Constructions which has delivered this project for Laurieton despite the challenges faced during COVID-19. This maritime infrastructure is a welcome boost for the area and will benefit both commercial fishers as well as the general community
We were very happy with the end product and congratulations on an excellent well executed job
GPM Marine completed a very difficult recovery operation for Port Macquarie-Hastings Council. Council was aware of GPM Marine’s presence and capabilities as the company had been engaged in waterfront construction within our council area and had been observed relocating large construction barges of approx. 25 to 30m in length by sea to Port Macquarie to facilitate their works. All GPM Marine staff were suitably qualified to carry out the works and completed the job in a safe, professional and efficient manner.
These works presented many challenges over 20 months, but by working together we have all contributed to a safe successful project. The new Wharf deck looks great, and with the remediation works to the existing structure, Newcastle will be enjoying this space for many decades to come.
I would not hesitate to recommend GPM Marine to any potential client for reliable, proficient coastal towing at a good price
