Established by Greg Stockley in 2000, GPM Marine has worked as a head-contractor on a multitude of jobs for many local councils and government clients, including RMS, Sydney Ferries, Public Works Advisory and Transport NSW.
Our highly trained and experienced team specialize in working in difficult to access, environmentally sensitive and public places, as well as residential locations.
We are the only Sydney-based Marine and Civil construction company with Home Builder Compensation Fund Insurance, allowing us to undertake marine, civil and building works on private residences.
We pride ourselves on our reputation for completing our projects within the nominated time frame and meeting all client and stakeholder needs and expectations. We implement our integrated management systems on every site to ensure our projects comply with all relevant legislative requirements.
In addition to our experienced GPM team, we utilize a network of professional services and trades people who work in partnership with GPM to provide all of our clients with an outstanding level of service and the highest quality workmanship.
With our own fleet of purpose-built marine barges, tugboats, and work boats we can deliver cost effective and timely marine and civil solutions for projects of all sizes and in all locations in NSW and Victoria.
Our road-transportable fleet also allows us to service many hard-to-access and inland locations, including rivers, marinas and dams in NSW and Victoria.
Our large and diverse fleet of equipment is available for both daily and weekly hire, with or without our highly experienced operators.
We help you save time and money on the following water-based and land-based construction projects and services.
Based in Sydney, GPM Marine provides Marine and Civil services to the Greater Sydney region, Eastern Seaboard, NSW and Victoria.
Our sister company, Brooklyn Barges is servicing the Brooklyn and Hawkesbury areas, including Dangar Island, Parsley Bay Boat Ramp, Kangaroo Point Boat Ramp, Berowra Waters, Mooney Mooney, Pittwater and the surrounding waterways.
Congratulations to GPM Marine Constructions which has delivered this project for Laurieton despite the challenges faced during COVID-19. This maritime infrastructure is a welcome boost for the area and will benefit both commercial fishers as well as the general community
We were very happy with the end product and congratulations on an excellent well executed job
GPM Marine completed a very difficult recovery operation for Port Macquarie-Hastings Council. Council was aware of GPM Marine’s presence and capabilities as the company had been engaged in waterfront construction within our council area and had been observed relocating large construction barges of approx. 25 to 30m in length by sea to Port Macquarie to facilitate their works. All GPM Marine staff were suitably qualified to carry out the works and completed the job in a safe, professional and efficient manner.
These works presented many challenges over 20 months, but by working together we have all contributed to a safe successful project. The new Wharf deck looks great, and with the remediation works to the existing structure, Newcastle will be enjoying this space for many decades to come.
I would not hesitate to recommend GPM Marine to any potential client for reliable, proficient coastal towing at a good price
